The Trooper Manion Memorial 5K, "Running In Memory". On February 18th 2006 Trooper Kevin Manion was tragically killed in the line of duty while working in Clarke County.  The proceeds from this race go to a scholarship for a local high school student interested in a career in law enforcement. 

The Annual Race is held in the month of March at the Winchester Regional Airport in Winchester, Virginia. The course is a 5k (3.1 miles) USATF-certified 5K course.

Please mark your calendars for Saturday March 24th, 2012. That will be the date of our next race. The entry forms have been posted click here. Please be sure to take the poll on the registration page that relates to a possible new t-shirt design.

There is the possibility of a 1 mile kids race this year that will take place after the 5k race. The idea is still under approval. As soon as we know, we will let you know.
